Monday 5:30pm - 7pm All Levels Beginners welcome

Tuesday 10:30am - 11:30am Group private 2-3 people. Please pre-book this session

Wednesday 6:30am - 7:45am Beginners welcome

Wednesday 6pm - 7:15pm General Level

Friday 10:30am - 11:30am Group private 2-3 people. Please pre-book this session

Saturday 9:30am - 11am General Level

Sunday 5pm - 6:15pm All Levels Beginners welcome

For All Classes

 

You will be safely guided in every posture to align your body correctly to open into flexibility and structural support. 

Postures are held so you have time to really feel and connect with your body, breath and mind. 

Each consecutive class brings more understanding and confidence in yoga, experiencing the benefits of having more energy, body awareness, clarity, inspiration and greater health.

If you require more help to get started due to injury or limited movement, a few private sessions are recommended before joining the classes.

If you have any injuries or physical pain, are menstruating or pregnant, or have any concerns at all please let me know before the class starts.
